Pre assessment

Cygnet Training & Consultation Center is different since delivering just training is not our goal but main aim is to gauge that learning was effective. We evaluate your Abilities, Skills & Knowledge and hence work upon your weakness and strengths alike. Depending on your experience level Standard Test Templates are designed.

Test content is designed by our experts. The content is constantly updated depending upon industry requirements. The question bank is categorized by difficulty and proficiency. Our questionnaire has been designed in such a way that a chance of two people getting the same set is minimal. The question bank is constantly updated to maintain reliability and its effectiveness.

Assessment & Counseling

CTC assessment process is structured and scientific in its approach. The main aim of the process is to identify and define your competencies and weaknesses. The Tests are administered and complete analysis is done by trained and qualified personnel and accordingly the courseware is proposed to the individual.

Learning Model

Training is imparted in a corporate environment with real time exposure to industry processes.

Trainees are supposed to work under regulated timeframes and thus are oriented to handle pressures in real work environment, thus imparting the ability to understand a professional processes etc. The courseware consists of multiple methods of delivery the training content is designed to help every trainee meet the training goals effectively.

Knowledge Retention

As part of the Learning model the trainees are automatically registered to higher course once basic course is complete thus ensuring that the trainee is upgraded time to time and knowledge retention is high.

Post Assessments

During course duration and after the course completion trainees take a post-assessment to identify the acquired and retained knowledge. A trainee is also supposed to come back for a feedback session after training to help identify improvements and effectiveness of trainings.
